*Spring-Summer Holiday Rates 2011-12:
$1700. one week.
$385 per weekend night (2 night minimum) days added on to weekend at $260. per night.
$305. per night Midweek, two night minimum.
$3300. 2 weeks.
$4800. 3 weeks.
$6000. 1 month May - September
$3500. per month October - April (includes reasonable use of utilities).

There is a $1000. security deposit which is returned when you depart and may be paid by check or credit card. There is a cleaning fee of $125, and 9% Sonoma County tax.

This is a quiet retreat. All facilities are for the use of registered guests.

Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year are three night minimum and the rate is the same as summer rates (see above).

These winter rates apply for up to 4 people.
